Initial Consultation

We start with a 30-minute call to understand the event — size, format, dates, and the experience you're building. No commitment, no pricing yet, just a clear scope.

You walk away with a sense of what we'll cost, how long planning takes, and whether E-Moti is even the right fit for the kind of event you're running.

Event Brief & Discovery

We send a structured brief: pickup points, guest counts, peak windows, branding requirements, accessibility needs. Your team fills it once — we use it to design everything that follows.

For complex events, we run a site walk with your venue lead to identify ingress/egress flow, parking, and emergency routing.

Fleet & Route Design

We model the optimal mix of vans and buses against your guest schedule — including buffer capacity for late arrivals and weather contingency.

You receive a route map, vehicle manifest, driver assignments, and timing waterfall. Approve once, lock everything in.

Branded Vehicle Setup

Optional vehicle wraps, branded interior signage, on-board hospitality (water, mints, charging cables) — fully customised to your event identity.

Cost lives in a clear add-on tier. You see the price before approving, and we handle every supplier ourselves.

Pre-Event Test Run

Forty-eight hours before, we run the full route with the assigned drivers — test timing, flag traffic risks, calibrate dwell windows at each stop.

Test results land in your inbox. If anything's off, we adjust before guests arrive — never on the day.

Day-of Operations

On-site coordinators manage the fleet from a mobile command centre. Every vehicle radio-checked, every driver briefed, contingencies pre-loaded.

Your event lead has a single phone number for the entire transport operation — and a dedicated WhatsApp for live updates.

Live Guest Visibility

Guests scan a QR code to see live ETAs and load capacity. Your team sees the same data — plus capacity, dwell, and on-time metrics — in the Manara dashboard.

No more scrambling for headcounts or wondering where vehicles are. Everything is visible, everywhere, always.

Post-Event Reporting

Within 48 hours: a full transport report covering on-time rates, total guests moved, kilometres run, CO₂ saved versus a petrol baseline, and per-vehicle utilisation.
